I am going to get healthy !!! I am too fat and need to lose weight so I can enjoy the rest of my life….So I am going to the Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu for the entire month of October. Bless my wonderful husband for supporting me and being so willing to spend all the money to go.

In order to get as much as possible from this awesome experience I am going to try to get more fit and lose a few pounds before I go. Wow, I can’t wait.

Just 70+ Days to Go

My husband agreed to my going to The Biggest Loser Resort for an entire month. I planned to go to the one in Utah until I found out it was booked for months and I needed to go and get my life together as soon as possible. After much discussion we decided Malibu would be a new adventure and new surroundings. Al tho I've never been to the resort in Ivins I was at the spa called The National Institute of Fitness twice in the early nineties and absolutely loved the area. The hikes were incredible. So I'm now ready to buckle down and get my self moving so I won't be a total disaster.
