Wow, it's been a week and I am still doing fairly well at home. We have hiked and every time I see something in our mountains I think of Malibu. What would be the perfect scenario is Skip and I go together for a few more weeks. HoHo, I would have to rob a bank. Anyway all is well. I dropped six more pounds which is what they said might happen and I'm thrilled. I am doing pretty well on the eating end. I am opting for moderation and the 90/10 program. I've eaten out once and did very well. Passed up the cheese biscuits and all the rich things. Had seafood broiled and it was wonderful. There is not enough words to describe how much better I feel and I can't thank everyone at Malibu enough for all the wisdom they instilled in this rather mature brain of mine. Thanks Malibu. Now to all those positive young folks I met there thanks to you for making me feel young and full of fun and energy. You ROCK and I love you all. I think this may be my last Count Down to BLR blog, but never fear I am thinking of a name for my next one since I think writing is a great way to stay on track and of course I will need all the positive vibes and words from you all.....Since Skip and I are going on a dream vacation next September to Paris it must include this and my fitness journey. If you come up with a great name let me know!!!! Here's some pictures of where I live and the last of the fall color. It is getting cold rather fast but hopefully we still have some Indian summer left in the making.
I forgot to mention I went to a horse show where our South Carolina daughter and her family were helping at their trainers show. I have a a couple of pictures from there. It was so great to be with family.
