Wow, I had a really hard day yesterday and almost cried !!! The hike was great except for the fact in was the same one I did the day before. Oh well it is a good hike and we had super guides. The classes were really difficult and I just had a really hard time doing all the shoulder and core work. Since I didn't do the afternoon option class Amy and I did some time on the treadmills after dinner. They were filming the Biggest Loser contestants in the ssane room. It is interesting to see how this show is put together,, HoHo A lot different then it is presented on TV. Ok I guess I need to get ready for a hike and breakfast. Sorry this is so boring, I'll try to get more interesting material today Heidi, your card was such an upper when they gave it to me at dinner !! Thanks again
