I can't believe it is my second THURSDAY here. Today we did the beach hike to Point Dune and I did so much better. The first time I went here I didn't do the dreaded stairs , hike over the rocks or go to the cave. Today I did it all and really did it in good time for me. The steps were really a challenge but I really handled them well, not stopping that much. I also did much better in treading class too. I was actually able to jog one minute sprints at a pace of over 4mph.This was big for me !! The rest of the day went well and I'm now in bed ready to go to sleep real soon. I am going to post a few pictures from last night and today. Our Target trip was a hoot Chelsey, a stand up comedian and actress from NYC hurt her ankle this week so we still managed to get her through TARGET. Such a little trip to keep us happy.
