Wow, This was another tough Monday. I think having all day Sunday off wasn’t the best idea. I started the day off with stretching which should be relaxing, NOT….It is really an exhausting class but well worth the effort. Breakfast was wonderful and very filling as always. I just can’t figure out why I stay full on 1200 calories. Then it was off for a hike. It was hard but doable and I did push myself as hard as I could. After the hike I had a class called Mountain. We climb the mountain by increasing the speed on the treadmill or whatever machine you choose every two minutes times twelve levels. I went way to high on my speed and really felt the burn.
Lunch was a pleasant relief and again very good. After lunch I had three more classes and believe me I was spent and ready for dinner and bed. I’m hoping tomorrow will be easier, but of course it won’t but after all this isn’t meant to be easy…I do feel a difference in my aerobic capacity so I’m psyched. So far this has been everything I hoped for, of course I haven’t weighed in yet. Too scared !!!
Great pictures. I had wondered about weigh-ins. I thought maybe they were once a week, but they must be optional from what you are saying. It is my worst nightmare that I will do all of that work, and then not lose one pound. I have to remember it is about inches.
