Wow this is intense, I survived day two but I really can’t believe I am going to do this for four weeks. Today we did a great hike in a park called Malibu Creek. It was only four and a half miles but believe me they weren’t easy miles. Upon return we went to a really tough but great stretch class. Who knew even stretching could be made so difficult. Then it was lunch and a lecture about spending your calories wisely. After the lecture we had three more classes. Circuit, intervals and water circuit. . I forgot to mention we did a core and flexibility class before breakfast. So by the time it was dinner time I really didn’t care if I ate or not. I didn’t finish my lasagna but sure scarfed down the chocolate covered strawberries. So that is how a typical day goes and if I survive four weeks of this I will deserve a medal for sure.
Oh did I mention the weather has been cold…considering we have to go to pool classes. Also my cabin is one of the furthest from everything so I freeze as I walk back to change after a water class. They only give us fifteen minutes between classes and it is hard to dry off and change in five minutes what I have left after I go to and from my room.
Ok despite all my whining I must admit this is the most exciting challenging adventure I’ve ever had. I am posting a few pictures tonight and then I am off to bed.
good to read about you, you are doing great, i am so proud of you!
